Elektra Light 110 v

A universal electrofusion machine for welding pipe/fittings for the transport of gas and water, fusing fittings up to 160mm in diameter.

Conforming to UK site safety standards and is manufactured in compliance with international standards the Elektra Light 110v benefits from a built-in memory featuring 325 welding cycles. Machine weight 7kg.

Elektra 315 110v

With the capability to fuse fitting up to 315mm in diameter, the Elektra 315 has a built-in memory for 500 welding cycles. Weighing 16kg it is supplied in a heavy duty carry-case.

Elektra Light 230v

Compact and powerful the Elektra light 230v is perfect for working off-site and benefits from all the features of the 110v welder. Fuses fittings up to 160mm in diameter.

Elektra 500 110v

The largest welder in Ritmo’s Elektrafusion range, the Elektra 500 weighs 18kg and can fuse fittings up to 500mm in diameter.  It’s built-in memory features 4000 welding cycles.

Turbo Pipe scraperS

With the full range of Ritmo Turbo pipe scrapers available at STA.

Significantly reducing working times, especially during repair situations, Ritmo pipe scrapers attach to any cordless drill. Providing quick and efficient means of facing and scraping 20 – 63mm diameter pipe in readiness for welding. Available in 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm and 63mm diameters.

Ritmo Turbo pipe scraper spares are also available through STA.

Servicing

For optimum efficiency and safety, STA recommends welders receive an annual maintenance and calibration service.

Our service includes collection, service and your welder returned to you, whilst always ensuring the smallest amount of disruption to your business. STA’s maintenance and calibration services are available for both Ritmo Electrofusion and KPS welders, and turbo pipe scrapers.
