Support and Access Frames

Having built a strong reputation for engineering frames that meet the exacting demands of safety critical environments, our frames are CAD designed, laser cut and finished with either galvanising or powder coating. Manufactured to pin-point accuracy, we understand that in environments such as fuel forecourts, military installations, and energy infrastructure, the consequences of getting it wrong are simply not an option.

How can we help?

Cabinetry

We design, manufacture and assemble metal cabinets for safety critical environments. Having produced a range of cabinets for clients, our biggest project to-date involved collaborating with pump manufacturer client, Gilbarco Veeder Root. The project involved the  redesign and manufacture of over 350 emergency cabinets for GVR’s national supermarket client’s unmanned petrol forecourts.

Bollards and Crash Barriers

We manufacture bollards and crash barriers in all shapes, sizes and colourways.

Producing bollards for a range of locations – from petrol forecourts to Council owned public spaces and industrial parks -  we use local strategic partners to undertake laser cutting when required and components are welded and spray painted in STA’s workshop.

Pump Cradles

Fabricating new and legacy cradles for all major petrol pump manufacturers, our cradles are used to securely mount pumps across UK forecourts. Whether supporting pump cradles, EV chargers, or bespoke equipment in manufacturing and commercial settings, their quality, resilience, and precision engineering have made them the preferred choice of STA’s blue-chip clients.

Tank Access Lids

One of STA’s most practical solutions for existing above-ground fuel tanks, our Tank Access Lids provide a secure, sealable access system that can be closed off after work is completed. With the added benefit of being lockable, these lids are trusted across forecourts, commercial settings, agricultural sites, marinas, and more, offering a reliable solution wherever controlled tank access is required.

Labelling System

Our pioneering grade label and holder system uses technology developed for the aviation industry. Originally designed to meet the needs of petrol forecourts and depots, they are weatherproof, UV resistant, temperature stable and wipe clean.  Rubber safety edging comes as standard together with a system for quick and easy mounting.

One of STA's first innovative products to come to market, the pipe and tank test rig has since become a go-to piece of equipment trusted across a range of industries.
